Business email uses Microsoft 365. The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure. These services process relevant information to provide email, hosting and security. Their processing may involve locations outside the UK under the applicable provider terms and transfer arrangements. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry.

Retention

Retention depends on what is needed to deal with an enquiry, whether it leads to work, and any applicable record-keeping requirement or unresolved dispute. Contact us to ask about the retention of particular correspondence or request deletion.

Cookies and website features

We have not added advertising trackers, analytics tools or embedded social-media content to this website. Hosting and security services may use technical cookies or similar mechanisms. Email and telephone links open your own email or calling application; there is no enquiry form or account registration on this site.

Your rights and concerns

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information.
